To change the login / phone number linked to your account, please submit a request using the following template:

Afterwards, please take and send two photographs in which both the request and your identity document are clearly visible at the same time:
• one photo showing the front side of the identity document and the request;
• one photo showing the back side of the identity document and the request.
If you are using an old-type identity card, please ensure that the accompanying slip is also visible.
Once we receive your request and the photographs of your identity document, one of our operators will contact you as soon as possible for a video call to confirm your identity.
Please have your identity document available during the call.
Note: A phone number / login change is only permitted with national passport if the phone number is foreign.
