If you lost your card, we recommend taking action immediately to keep your funds safe.
You can block the card directly from the Paynet app to prevent any unauthorized use. If you are sure the card is lost and will not be recovered, you can also close the card from the app.
If needed, you can request a replacement card after blocking or closing the lost one. If you have any difficulties, Paynet support is always available to assist you.
