A transfer can be reversed if it could not be completed successfully.
This may happen for several reasons, such as:
- incorrect or incomplete recipient details (IBAN, account number, name);
- the recipient’s bank rejected the transfer;
- the recipient account is closed or inactive;
- compliance or security checks required additional review.
When a transfer is reversed, the funds are returned to your Paynet account automatically. The processing time depends on the banks involved and may take a short period to complete.
You can check the transfer status in your transaction history. If you need more details or the funds are not returned within the expected time, please contact Paynet support.
