If you blocked your card yourself, you can easily unblock it in the Paynet app.
To unblock your card:
- Open the Paynet app and log in to your account.
- Go to My Cards.
- Select the blocked card.
- Open PIN & Security.
- Tap Unblock card and confirm the action.
If your card was blocked by Paynet for security reasons, you won’t be able to unblock it on your own. In this case, please contact Paynet support. Our team will guide you through the required steps to restore card usage.
Your funds remain safe while the card is blocked.
