You can lock your card at any time directly from the Paynet app.
To lock your card:
- Open the Paynet app and log in to your account.
- Go to My Cards.
- Select the card you want to lock.
- Open PIN & Security.
- Tap Lock card and confirm the action.
Locking your card helps protect your funds if you lose it or notice suspicious activity. You can later unblock the card or close it permanently, if needed.
