- Identity card
- Temporary identity card
- Passport (only if you are living abroad)
These documents allow you to complete the identification process entirely online, directly in the Paynet app.
Identification with physical presence required
If you use any of the documents listed below, physical presence is required to complete the identification process.
Please visit our office at bd. Decebal 6, during business hours, with one of the following documents:
- Residence permit
- Identity card for stateless persons
- Temporary residence permit for foreign citizens
- Temporary residence permit for stateless persons
- Refugee ID card
- ID for beneficiaries of humanitarian protection
- Passport issued by other states
